What are the Steps in the Analytical Process?

Our relationships begin with a comprehensive review of our client's business. We provide an objective, unbiased view of the company's weaknesses and strengths. The survey typically takes two to three days although the time can vary significantly depending upon the businesses complexity, the nature of the need, and the level of management's sophistication. The majority of the review focuses on the operational nature of the company yet the key financials are examined and benchmarked from both competitive and absolute profit generation perspective.
The review will not solve the identified problems but will clarify what needs to be done and why. It is the first step to resolution and the superior performance that will follow.

  • Opening conference (1.5 to 2.0 hours)
  • Financial trend analysis
  • Operational review
  • Employee interviews and questionnaire
  • Review and discussion of short and long term goals and objectives
  • Review of agreed upon issues
  • Your Business, 7 functional areas – Conceptual
  • Closing conference (2 hours or more)
  • Oral presentation of the findings, results and recommendations of the analysis
  • Financial and Operational trends - Graphing
  • Witten report of key recommendations
